1) Our Promise

  • 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Unused Items): If your product shows no visible signs of use and is returned in original condition and packaging, we’ll refund your original payment method within 60 days of delivery once approved and received.

  • Opened/Used Items: Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and body products, opened or visibly used items are not eligible for a refund. If an item arrived damaged/defective, see Section 4.

2) What’s Eligible

An item is eligible for a money-back refund if all are true:

  • Requested within 60 days of delivery.

  • No visible signs of use (seal/inner plug intact where applicable; bottle/jar not squeezed or dispensed; mitts/garments unsoiled).

  • Original packaging and accessories included (any inserts, sleeves, gifts with purchase).

  • Purchased directly from bbtanning.com (have your order number).

Not eligible: Final-sale items, gifts cards, downloadable content, bulk/wholesale orders, items without reasonable packaging protection, or returns sent without approval.

3) How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

  1. Email shop@bbtanning.com with: order #, item(s), reason, and clear photos (sealed cap/inner seal, outer packaging).

  2. Wait for our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval with instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the address above using a trackable service within 14 days of RMA approval. Put the RMA # on the label or inside the box.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or significantly delayed.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Inspect your order upon delivery. If something’s wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the shipping box and the product.

  • We’ll repair/replace or refund per assessment. Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.

5) Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank/card may take additional time to post the credit. (Large retailers typically issue refunds after inspection; bank posting times can vary.) Amazon

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error.

  • If the return fails inspection (e.g., signs of use, missing parts), we’ll contact you with options (return to you or partial resolution).

6) Exchanges

Prefer an exchange for the same item (unused)? Request it in your RMA email. Exchanges are processed upon receipt of your approved return. If the replacement is unavailable, we’ll refund instead.

7) Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping.

  • Our error / damaged on arrival: we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable ground shipping.

8) Bundles, Sets & Gifts with Purchase

  • Bundles/sets must be returned complete and unused.

  • If a free gift was included, please return it unused or the gift’s retail value may be deducted from the refund.

9) Holiday & Promotional Periods

We may publish extended holiday windows similar to other major retailers; when offered, the extended dates will be clearly stated on the site and order confirmation. The Verge+1

10) International Returns

International customers follow the same approval process; shipping, duties, and taxes aren’t refundable. Mark the parcel “Customer Return” to avoid additional import fees.

11) Order Issues Caused by Address/Delivery

  • Wrong/insufficient address entered by customer: we’ll refund the item (if returned to us unused) minus shipping once it arrives back.

  • Lost/stolen after carrier shows Delivered: please file a claim with the carrier; we’ll support where possible.

12) Abuse & Fair Use

We reserve the right to refuse returns that exhibit signs of product use, excessive return frequency, or patterns inconsistent with fair use—an approach aligned with industry standards to prevent return fraud.
